Does Oficisto send emails on its own?+
Replies prepared by the assistant enter the proposal queue. A person can approve, edit or reject them before sending. No emails are actually sent in the demo.
Do I need to replace my business software?+
Oficisto can prepare accounting exports in Excel, CSV and configurable formats. Compatibility with your software’s import format must be checked.
Where is the data stored?+
Oficisto can be installed on a server dedicated to your business, on your premises or with a provider of your choice. Data sent to AI models depends on the configured model, features and provider: a standalone installation does not mean all processing happens locally.
Can I enable only what I need?+
Yes. Optional modules are enabled per company: for example inventory, CRM, staff, support, jobs and contracts. You can organise Oficisto around your office processes.
Is it ready for production use?+
Oficisto is a project under development. The current documentation states that it is not yet production-ready. The demo lets you evaluate its features; operational adoption requires a technical and business-process review.
What does open source mean?+
Oficisto is developed under the AGPL-3.0 licence. The licence governs the use, modification and sharing of the software. Installation, infrastructure and AI services may incur separate costs.
